Pittsburgh New Works Festival (PNWF) is dedicated to fostering the development of original one-act plays. PNWF is an annual event. Each September, 18 new one-act plays are produced by Pittsburgh region theater companies during the six weeks of the festival.
The Pittsburgh New Works Festival, Inc. is a non-profit organization with a mission of encouraging and supporting the writing and production of original one-act plays. Since its founding in 1991, PNWF has served as a collaborative organization, pooling the talents and rich resources of western Pennsylvania’s emerging theater community and playwrights from around the world in a series of creative activities.
Cost: The cost is $15( advance) or $17(door) for a single ticket per performance or $40 for a festival pass.

All performances take place at Carnegie Stage in Carnegie,PA. Carnegie Stage is home to Off the Wall Productions.
Carnegie Stage is located at 25 W. Main Street, Carnegie, PA 15106. There is plenty of free parking and a great variety of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance of the theater.
